Like many ramps the one accessing our boats rise and fall with the tide. For passengers with disabilities it is easier to get to the boat during high tide.
Check here for the tide schedule.
We have a wheelchair available for anyone who has difficulties going up or down the ramp to the boat. Please give us a heads-up if this service is required so the Captain and first mate can assist you. This may take some extra time but we want everyone to be able to enjoy the river cruise. However, we need to know if someone needs this help.
We will only sail with a minimum of 10 paying passengers. If you purchase a ticket for a certain day/time and we do not meet our minimum requirements, you can re-schedule for another day/time or your ticket may be refunded.
