A lover and player of most every style of music, Jim Barcaro hopes to both surprise and entertain his audience. Born into a musical family, son of an accomplished professional jazz entertainers, Tony Barcaro in Dux DeJohn. Jim took his own road joining local rockers “Cotton mouth” where he played on the same stage with legends such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Little feat, Edgar Winter, Rare earth, Kansas, and Molly hatchet. He then broke the mold again joining a blues funk group with Karl W. Davis where he traveled to Europe, stationed in France for a year and a half, travelling all around the country as well as Belgium and Spain. He is settled down now here in Fernandina Beach with his wife and children where he writes and records his own music as well as plays in some local venues, with a cool mix of the favorites and the obscure! Inspired by his father’s accomplishment, Yancy found himself eager to follow in the family business. Along with some classical training, Yancy was fortunate enough to be surrounded by very talented seasoned players in the rural Mississippi town of Brandon, MS. There he developed an ear for music that opened up many styles and genres of music he would later apply to the acoustic guitar. Once a student at Mississippi State University, the local songwriter/recording artist talents inspired him to a new path in his music endeavors.
He recorded his record In Spite of it All on Amelia island. The success of this album landed Yancy as a featured artist on several episodes of a regional songwriter TV series. His next record Sweet-Turn-Around will be released later in 2015. (more…)
Larry LeMier has had a successful musical career playing in bands since he was a teenager on Long Island, NY. He plays a variety of music such as Eric Clapton, The Beatles, Neil Young, The Allman Brothers, Bob Segar,The Band, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Van Morrison, Lynard Skynard and assorted favorites.
The title of Sean McCarthy’s debut CD Life In A Beach Town pretty much said it all. Sean’s music and style of performance reflect the carefree, laid-back atmosphere of life by the sand and sea.
Sean is a Nashville recording artist and respected singer/songwriter with several national credits. His original songs, as well as his cover material, are a colorful blend of tropical, pop and country. Sean is truly one of the most popular entertainers on and around Amelia Island, and the island has been abuzz recently in anticipation of the release of his new CD, A Bad Day of Fishin‘.

Every song performed by this band has been given a unique touch. The songs are familiar, but they have evolved into something that feels sincere and authentic. All the music performed by RadioLove has been given an organic freedom to be taken in new directions, carried by the soulfulness of their delivery and the relentless drive of both funk and jazz.
Cyrus (left) is the lead singer, principle keyboard player, and
music director. His voice has been often compared to singers such as: John Legend and Gil Scott-Heron. He can jump from low tenors to falsetto with ease and his simultaneous musicianship compells audiences. Everything he performs is given from the heart.
Craig “Joey” Joseph Ziegelbauer aka JZ to some (middle) is one of the most mind-boggling axe slingers in the region. His guitar ability has been known to melt a face or two and his tone is impeccable. He lends his voice to the group while performing and can shred a show-stopping solo at the drop of a dime.
The secret weapon to RadioLove’s most infectious grooves, Andronicus (right) provides experience beyond his years on the drums. His timing and proficiency is without error. Voll (rhymes with ‘soul’) was born and raised in Baraboo, Wisconsin. He studied guitar in Los Angeles with esteemed recording artist Ted Greene, enhancing his jazz skills and adding to his natural versatility. While living in Rockford, IL, Voll was honored with five top music awards and countless accolades from fans and peers.
Known for his dazzling instrumentals and soulful vocals, Dan’s genres include rock, pop, blues, jazz, country/Americana, Latin and world music. He is a songwriter and arranger, with an impressive repertoire of original compositions and unique instrumental arrangements. Thanks to his amazing versatility and professionalism, Dan Voll is among the most popular guitarists in the NE Florida area, performing and/or teaching daily.
As a Lead Guitar/Vocalist/Entertainer he has played for Percy Sledge, Peter Noone, The Platters, Ric Marino ( ELVIS) Show. He performed on Carnival , Celebrity , Princess & NCL cruise lines full-time for 15 years . He just returned back (Jan 2015 ) to his hometown Jacksonville FL to perform locally as a guitar/vocal/soloist and the “Mike Ward Classic Rock Band” at several well known locations. “I’m looking forward to my upcoming performances on Amelia River Cruises & Charters !
