Tapas and Tastings can be arranged for your private boat tour. Local chefs pair with a local Sommelier or Cicerone to provide our guests with the finest pairings known to Northeast Florida. Once the menu is set, treat your guests on our most luxurious boat, The Princess Amelia.

Live music, of course is needed to help set the mood. So, we will help you select a fabulous musician based on the theme of your evening. The only thing left is for the wildlife, weather and sunsets to cooperate.

For two full hours you get to enjoy unforgettable live music, culinary delights, playful wildlife, and scenic beauty. As you glide along the river, you’ll be treated to a stunning sunset.

Choose Shrimp & Grits paired with red, white, and rose wines or perhaps local shrimp, Ahi tuna ceviche and a top shelf margarita is more your style. You decide! As you watch for playful dolphins, the sun starts to settle behind the trees of the Amelia River. You will see historic landmarks as we cruise the waterways of Amelia and Cumberland Islands with a coastal breeze in your hair.
