Our Cumberland Island Tour lasts approximately 2½ hours, giving you extra time to explore the wildlife, history, and scenery of both Amelia Island (Florida) and Cumberland Island (Georgia). It’s our longest and most immersive daily cruise.

Do all of your tours go to Cumberland Island?
Yes. All of our tours travel to Cumberland Island.
The difference is that this tour takes you farther north and gives you more time along the shoreline. It’s the most in‑depth way to experience two islands in two states on a daily, multi‑passenger narrated cruise.

What wildlife can I expect to see?
Guests often see wild horses, dolphins, sea turtles, and a variety of coastal birds. Seasonally, you may see manatees, bald eagles, and alligators. You’ll also pass historic landmarks like Fort Clinch, a famous house from a beloved movie character, and occasionally a submarine.

Is this a narrated tour?
Yes. All of our tours are fully narrated by our fun, knowledgeable U.S. Coast Guard certified captains, who share stories about local wildlife, history, and the unique features of both islands. (The Adult Only Cruise is not narrated; it has live music instead.)

Yes. This is one of our most popular cruises, and advance reservations are strongly recommended — especially on weekends, holidays, and during peak travel seasons.

What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a light jacket, and a camera. Binoculars are a great addition for spotting wildlife along the shoreline.

Is the boat shaded and comfortable?
Yes. Our vessels offer plenty of shade, comfortable seating, and a smooth ride — ideal for guests of all ages and perfect for enjoying the scenery without worrying about the sun.

If you choose to park within Fernandina Beach’s paid parking areas, you will need to know the license plate, or tag number, of your vehicle prior to boarding the boat.

You can use the QR code on this picture to access the app. This tour is 2½-hours, so a 3-hour committment will be required. The fee is $2.00 per hour, plus a small fee, and a 7% sales tax.
