Temporary Ticket Kiosk Location – Amelia River Cruises
Construction at the Fernandina Beach Harbor Marina will begin shortly after Labor Day 2026 and continue through January 2028, and during this time we will have a temporary ticket kiosk location. We want to make your visit smooth, simple, and stress‑free — even while the waterfront is undergoing improvements.
Amelia River Cruises – Temporary Ticket Kiosk
Close coordinates: 30.670961, -81.465328
South Front Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034
(Directly across the railroad tracks from Hampton Inn & Suites Amelia Island–Historic Harbor Front)
This location places us along the waterfront in Parking Lot B, to the south of the construction zone at the Fernandina Beach Harbor Marina.
Why We’re Moving
The City of Fernandina Beach is preparing to demolish the former Brett’s Waterway Café building. During this reconstruction period:
- Parking Lot A will be fenced off and used as a staging area for heavy equipment
The turnaround at the foot of Centre Street will be closed
Access to the waterfront will temporarily shift
Our kiosk will move from 1 N. Front Street to South Front Street, the other side of the building being torn down.
This temporary ticket kiosk location ensures we remain fully operational and easy to find — even if the waterfront looks a little different for a while.
How to Reach Us During Construction
Because of road closures and staging areas, the usual route to the waterfront will change. You can always reach us by telephone at (904) 261-9972. Please keep in mind, if it is near departure time, we may not be able to answer the phone because we are checking in passengers. Leave a message and we will call you back.
Best Access Route
- Use Centre Street or any street north of Centre Street to reach Front Street. This runs parallel to the waterfront.
Parking on Centre Street is limited to four-hour parking if you hold a parking permit. There is no limit, but it is $2.00/hour if you are a guest to our city and pay for parking by the hour. Disabled placard holders park free, no permit required.
Ash Street is currently closed from 2nd to Front Street, so it cannot be used for marina access.
Follow signs along the construction fencing for Amelia River Cruises to Parking Lot B along the waterfront.
Look for our boats, flags, and waterfront activity — we’ll be right there with the other tour operators.
