Enjoy a themed evening of exquisite food and drink accompanied by soothing melodies of live music, antics of playful dolphins, the majestic presence of wild, feral horses, and a breathtaking sunset.

Our Tapas and Tasting Tour series continues with Chef Bobby from New South on Amelia Island. Enjoy passed crunchy crostini with a sensational pimento cheese and topped with a hand-crafted tomato bacon jam.
As the boat cruises past Fernandina’s shrimp boats, Egan’s Creek, Old Town, and Fort Clinch you will be thrilled in delight as we look for dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, and the wild horses of Georgia’s Cumberland Island.
Live music sets the tone for a low and slow oak-smoked Beeler’s Red Duroc pork shoulder, pulled and piled high on a bun, with fresh slaw and dill pickles. The chef has a passion for great food, and it is obvious when you try the accompanying potato salad and Southern style baked beans.
While your palate is treated to beautiful varietals of Zinfandel, the sun will set against the tree lined horizon over the shimmering waters of the Amelia River.

Keep an eye out for curious dolphin as you savor charcuterie skewers, tarragon chicken pinwheels, or mini crab cakes. Sip an expertly chosen Diatom Unoaked Chardonnay, while admiring Fort Clinch from the water. Moments later you find yourself scanning the Cumberland Island National Seashore for wild horses and rosette spoonbills.
A praised La Crema Pinot Noir is served, and then partnered with olive pops, duck crostini, or a mushroom tart to highlight the Earthy flavors. This cruise through nature is ignited as the sun turns to twilight, embracing you in an overwhelming sense of relaxation as the day melts away into a spectacular sunset.
The evening concludes with a final course of steak and blue cheese bites, mushroom steaks, chocolate espresso, or panna cotta that will leave you riveted with satisfaction when complimented by a bold Kendall Jackson Grand Reserve.
