St. Marys Mardi Gras Festival Ferry

The 2020 St. Marys Mardi Gras Festival is only a few days away! Have you decided if you’re going yet? Is the thought of the traffic keeping you from attending? Don’t drive! Take our Mardi Gras ferry!

Amelia River Cruises is offering a ferry service this year! That’s right!! Enjoy the Festivities and don’t worry about any of the hassles.

St. Marys Mardi Gras Festival

This year will be the 26th Annual Mardi Gras Festival and Parade. Every year St. Marys pulls out all the stops.

Their 10am parade is fun for the whole family. Brightly decorated floats, music, candy, and necklaces (no strings attached. This is a Family event.)

My kids favorite part is when the pirate ship fired the cannon. Be sure to cover your ears!!

After the parade, the St. Marys Downtown main roads remain shut down to cars, leaving the street open for local arts and craft vendors and great food.

This festival is full of activities, too:

Live music, local entertainers, demonstrations, bounce houses, face painting, petting zoo, and arts and craft activities for the kids to name a few!

Mardi Gras Concert

Live music begins at noon with Jenna Paulette, followed by the Josh Lambo Band (Jaguars kicker!) at 1pm and then Waterloo Revival at 2:30pm and finally Pam Tillis at 4pm.
